The attitude of the manager is appalling... basically the customer is always wrong. I had a quote for a fire place and fire, and then, with one week to go before delivery, the price went up by £100. My protests went unheard by the manager who refused any sort of refund despite not being able to justify the increase. I will not be getting anything else from them nor would I recommend them to anyone.
